"Great location. Right across the street from trains and buses. Staff was very nice and attentive upon check in. They even upgraded us without asking which was a nice and very welcome surprise. They were great to give directions and recommendations. We stored our luggage there the day we checked out and continued to explore Lucerne. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

What made it special was all the details, from each room names after a waterfall with info to look up, to the little key on a lanyard for our kid, to the water bottles, or to the bubblegum game on the wall. "Hotel is located conveniently from the tram and close also to a small supermarket. Check in was quick and good lift access. Room was excellent, comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Quiet, clean and warm. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Only a 9 min walk to the train station and lake. Our room was great, no noise from above or below, once we closed the window no traffic noise. Good size bathroom. Fabulous food in the restaurant. Very clean. We stayed for a week and thought it was good value. Breakfasts were a delight to come down to each morning. Highly recommend this hotel. "
