Property in great area within the old town of Zug. Very spacious and great for a family of 5. There are two beds in the loft portion of the apartment that get pretty hot because the AC only was hooked up in the bottom floor. Would still recommend staying there.

Very nice property. I was surprised that there aren't more reviews. I believe the last review I saw before my stay was over a year ago. Nonetheless, great property and value, great location, very clean, and only a couple blocks from the lake in the historic center part of town. The only observation I would make is that head space is limited on the second floor due to the slanted roof.

Friendly and tidy

It was very clean and tidy. The layout was spacious and the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. We have friends living in Zug and recommended they tell other friends and family who visit to try to stay there. The location is close to the main train station and close it all the shops and restaurants. The minibar was perfect for back-up if you could not get to the market for drinks.

Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug.

Everything was nearly perfect. The flat was clean tidy spacious and in short everything you need for a small family of 3 like us. The bonus was smart tv with active netflix and coffe machines with coffee pods. Its not that important but it would be better if flat has few USB charging points. All the pugs in flat are typical Swiss plug which is totally different from any other EU, UK plugs and these days most hotels have upgraded with USB plugs bit not here.

Clean apartment but highly deficient service

We booked this apartment for an overnight stay with our kids (4 persons). However, when we arrived at 10 PM, the bed wasn't made and no bedding was available for our kids. As no staff is on-site, we called and, after multiple back and forths, Airhome finally offered to send their cleaning lady with bedding but she would have arrived only at 11:20 PM long after our kids' bedtime. We finally had to make do with our own sleeping beds and Airhome did not even offer a refund.

Awesome stay in Zug

Perfect place to stay in Zug: right in the city center and walking distance to the lake. The place was super clean and it had everything we needed for our family of 4. The lost is super responsive. Even when we emailed him in the middle of the night before we arrived he responded within a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again!
