Quiet & Private 1 King bed/1 Twin daybed/1 bath kitchenette (attached to main house) w/ separate entrance & patio ~600 sqft in secluded & gated community at a cool 2400 ft elevation. Wake up to beautiful views of Mauna Kea. Located 30 min by car from Kona Airport, Waimea, Waikoloa, Kona town & 10 min from the "New Saddle Road entrance" that will get you to Hilo in 1 hour. Please research drive times before booking using “Puu Lani Ranch”. **If dates unavailable on calendar, send a message. May be due to housekeeper schedule

The host responded to any questions very quickly. It was a great place to stay with a soft and comfortable bed. Being in a gated community we felt very safe.The only negative about the amenities is that we had planned to use the washer and dryer but learned that there would be a 10 fee for that, which was not disclosed on the website, so we decided not to pay 10 to do a load of wash. In fact, the website indicated that the prices included all fees, and no hidden fees.So, we feel that the 10 washer use fee should be disclosed.

The host was very responsive when I had a problem I created. I didn’t realize that I would not have T-Mobile coverage in the local area and did not save the directions on my phone. Not a problem on site because the WiFi was excellent. Property looked like the pictures, which I always appreciate. everything we needed

I cannot comment on the above. The entry code l was given did not open the front door. Several calls to the owner (New Jersey area code) went to Voicemail and were not returned. Fortunately l was able to find a sofa to sleep on for 2 nights at a friend's accommodations. I'm currently preparing a letter to request a full refund.

Very nice and clean inside and out. The host’s have thought of most everything you could need during your stay. The location is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Mauna Kea off the lanai.

Just perfect

Everything about this rental was just perfect. The location, the size, the views, the neighborhood…….. perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable, the patio was so relaxing and it is perfect for 1 or 2 people.
