Our oceanfront Big Island paradise home, nestled just a few blocks from the waterfront village of Kailua-Kona within the private, gated community of Kona Bay Estates, is a masterpiece of custom Hawaiian architecture. Designed for seamless tropical living, it offers year-round temperatures in the 80s and refreshing trade breezes off the Pacific. Overlooking the crashing waves on the lava-and-sand coastline, the estate features a private designer infinity pool with two waterfalls, a sand- and rock-bottom wading pool, expansive oceanfront lanais, and two courtyard ponds surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

A private 'island' dining patio sits next to the pool waterfall, offering breathtaking views of the dramatic Kona surf and sunsets. The estate comes fully furnished with a designer dream kitchen, open-air oceanfront dining room, spacious living and entertainment areas, an unbelievable Master Suite with panoramic ocean views, a dedicated oceanview study, two Tropical Guest Suites with separate entrances, and a private Family Cottage Suite (Ohana). The Master Suite includes its own private whale-watching tower! The home comfortably sleeps eight guests in dedicated suites, plus futons for young children.

Includes direct access to the private Whale-Watching Tower via a spiral staircase.

*TWO TROPICAL GUEST SUITES (Ground Floor | Garden & Waterfall Views):

Located in a separate building with two private exterior entrances. Both the "Makai" and "Mauka" suites feature thatched banana-leaf ceilings, hand-carved teak queen poster beds, private lanais overlooking courtyard waterfalls, in-room vanity sinks, Roku TV, and a shared dual-vanity marble bath.

*FAMILY STUDIO COTTAGE SUITE / OHANA COTTAGE (2nd Floor):

Please note: This tropical home has open-air louvered windows. No air conditioning is needed, as nearly constant ocean trade winds provide a delightful, gentle breeze from over the water during the day and from the mountains at night. You'll enjoy the natural tropical feeling.

The property has external security cameras for your peace of mind. Security guards patrol the community 24/7. The security camera is installed at the entrance gate, overlooking the front entrance and driveway. Exterior perimeter cameras at both adjacent neighboring homes may partially view the outside property, which is also clearly visible to the general public and where no reasonable expectation of privacy exists. This ensures that you can enjoy your stay in this tropical paradise with complete privacy and peace of mind.
