Wake up to the sounds of the ocean surf from this fabulous oceanfront home. Located in Alii Point, a lush and tropical private community of 16 homes. Just two miles south of historic Kailua-Kona, you can walk to breakfast or ride a bike.
This beautifully decorated home has a large open floor plan with huge sliding doors opening up to ocean and coastline views. Facing south, there is large shaded lanai set up for outdoor dining with spectacular ocean views and there is a 35` private swimming pool.

The floor plan offers one bedroom and bath on each level. The top level is separated from the main house via an exterior stairway and private entrance. Upstairs is a nice ocean view bedroom, with lanai patio, queen size bed, private bathroom with large shower and two double sinks, and walk in closet. New high def TV`s are in each bedroom as well as Blue Ray DVD players and an extensive DVD library.
Main floor hosts the Great Room including kitchen with new dishwasher, dining area for 8 and lanai for outdoor dining. There is a guest bedroom on this level with two queen-sized beds, a large flat screen TV and separate guest bath. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and AC throughout the house.
Bottom floor, just off the pool is the large master bedroom with a huge, cedar walk-in closet, and large en suite bathroom. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, new flat screen TV and AC. Private bathroom has a bidet, Jacuzzi tub and large shower with private door to pool and ocean.
Separated from the main house is a 4th bedroom connected to the garage with a queen-sized bed and window unit AC to keep things cool.
In addition, this home comes with all you`ll need to stay active while you`re here. Included are surfboard, boogie boards, snorkel, fins and masks, beach pads, tennis rackets, beach chairs, umbrellas, cold drink coolers, air mattress, pack & play, and new BBQ grill.
