"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan). "我喜歡住宿附近就是雪場,可惜今年到12月尾還沒下雪,有點可惜,看過圖片和他人經驗,下雪會很美. 另外就是內部裝修很有歐陸風格,很有特色"

"施設内は清掃も行き届いており、気持ち良く過ごせました。パウダールームにはティーパックやラテの粉なども置いてあり、寒い日でしたが、体が暖まりました。バンガローからトイレまでが少し遠かったのと、パウダールームに虫が多かったこと、車がバンガロー横に置けなかったのが少し残念ではありました。バンガロー内はガスヒーターや電源もあり、暖かく過ごせました。トータル的には良かったです！"
