"The front desk staff were ok, the supervisor lady was rude and made us feel unwelcomed. Coffee machine was not working, soap dispenser in the shower was empty, the shower fixtures were loose and shaky and there was not even a hook in the bathroom or a towel rod. The room is understandably old construction, but the upkeep was very poor for a $400+ stay a night. "
