The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). "I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Korea because it’s close to Seongsu-dong. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a hair dryer, curling iron, and even an iron. On the 21st floor, washing machines and dryers were available for free, and I could easily buy detergent on the first floor. "I have checked room and washroom door didn't close well. I told to staff and he show other room and changed room. I liked the new room, every day clean room and new towels. Location was great. Close Dabsimni staion and from the staion i can travel in Seoul easy. Plus next the hotel enterance there was convenience store. I loved it!!"
