「We had a great stay.」

「Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! 「The room was clean and comfortable . The breakfast was awesome」

「I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling.」

「It was a great hotel. Getting the suite was definitely worth it. We would stay here again on our next visit.」

Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful staffer, she made me feel welcome & offered any assistance during my Stay; later she gave me Fabulous Directions to the Conference I was attending + gave me a tasty menu recommendation when she gave me additional driving directions to meet friends for Dinner; she also directed me to the Airport the evening before I checked out. I had another...
