"Absolutely beautiful home! Would definitely book again. Our stay coincided with historic flooding in the area. The homeowner was very helpful with our questions and ensuring we felt safe. Kids loved the trampoline and adults enjoyed coffee and a view on the front porch! Fall colors were so pretty! Beds were very comfy. Easy access to downtown Durango and surrounding activities. "

"We stayed at this beautiful property in Durango, Colorado, to celebrate my 50th year, and it was absolutely perfect! The house and surrounding land were stunning — the water streams, ponds, and river created such a peaceful and happy atmosphere. It was the ideal setting to relax, reflect, and celebrate with loved ones.If there’s anything that could make this wonderful stay even better, it would be to include a Keurig coffee maker, provide some wood for the fire pit, and make sure the propane tanks for the outdoor fire stand and grill are full upon arrival.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and serene place to spend this special milestone. "Great views and great house. It was perfect for two families with the split living space! Bunk room is very nice for kids and you cant hear the upstairs guests while youre downstairs! House has everything you need and then some! Ive stayed in a lot of rentals and their cookwear is the best! No your average beat up junk. Would highly recommend!"

"What an incredibly beautiful location and property! We were very pleased with how clean the property was and that it’s in tip-top shape. I personally loved all of the hummingbirds around the property and all of the cheeky chipmunks. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential cooking implements although we only used a frying pan to make omelette I could tell I could make a meal from scratch no problem with what was provided. The complimentary coffee packet and Aveda products were an extra special touch. Parking was great and check out procedure a cinch. Thanks for the great stay!"
