「Had an issue with my Air condition on the second day and they allowed me to change my room」

Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. 「The staff were definitely on island time and things were a little disorganized. The room was nice, and most of the staff were nice. There was no food or drink service at the pools. We had to ask for sodas in the restaurant multiple times, and sometimes didn't even get them before we were done eating. The beach areas were nice. The restaurant schedules were a little strange and after a certain time, there was only one place to get food. 」

「The staff were so nice and helpful. It’s a small resort and on the other side of the island. If you’re interested in just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you can book tours, experiences, or car rental/service at the front desk for an additional fee. This is a different all inclusive where there isn’t room service or multiple restaurants to choose from. There is one bar and one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at set times....

「The apartment exceeded my expectations! It was quiet and clean and close to the English harbor. The live hibiscus pedals on the bed as a nice touch. The communication is as also excellent. Very clear with directions. 」
