"Love staying at the Sofitel as it is a great location with the tram stop so close. Our room was perfect and staff as always were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes - such a treat! All staff in the Lounge were lovely but in particular Anna was a standout."

"I love art deco, and this hotel provided not only the architecture but also the mood of an 1930s hotel. The room was nice and the amenities were all fine. And the location was also excellent. The Tram stop was literally outside an the main streets less than 100m away. Perfect."
