"I booked this ranch for a end of the year teachers trip and I must say it was well worth it! We so enjoyed the beautiful sunset hill country view and the peacefulness. We weren't far from the wineries or downtown Fredericksburg. The owner was really kind and very accommodating to anything we needed. I would most definitely book this place again."

"Took a weekend getaway just my mom, brother and myself. We were super super excited loved the place awesome quiet and close to so many wineries. Super super clean house pool was super clean but unfortunately weather didn’t permit to use. We will definitely book again the whole family for a getaway."

We came to see the total solar eclipse in April – the location was 10 minutes from Fredericksburg, but off a country road so we avoided all the crowds and just relaxed. Everything was in order and working when we arrived. "From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!"

"10 of us flew to Austin for the eclipse. We booked this beautiful property almost a year ago and we are all so glad we did. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We never felt crowded. Even in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. Gigantic TV and excellent wifi. Big deck overlooking the really beautiful Texas hill country. Great sunsets and great eclipse watching. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We would gladly rent this home again anytime."

"My son’s wedding was at Stonehouse Villa in Driftwood, just 10 minutes from the house. This house was immaculate. It was perfect because we were so close to the venue. Lisa was fabulous. If I needed anything she gave me her number so I could contact her directly. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe even for a girls night and check out all the wineries and breweries near by. The prices was very reasonable as well. Thanks again Lisa for allowing us to stay in this cozy Vrbo."

"A unique experience, great hot tub, we didn't have hot water for shower that night. Saw the breaker box later and had some hot water for kitchen in the morning, we checked out early. Kitchen plenty utensils. Good wine, star studded skies, quiet by 10:00 pm. Hauling wind during the night and I am a light sleeper. Heater works well, love the skylight dome above. Beds were clean and comfortable. "

"These folks have done a superb job of making a small space provide everything you need. Our "container" was very well decorated with a bit of a vintage look, super clean, and comfortable.
