「I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I received a message before our stay offering us their airport pick up service, so I accepted and provided our arrival details. Upon our arrival at the airport no one was there to pick us up. We waiting a while thinking they must’ve been delayed. We ultimately took a taxi(overpriced) to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they told me they forgot to arrange the pick up with the driver. 」
