「If you need a place to stay close to the airport, this is enough. The hotel was a little different than I expected. It was a “hotel complex” - it felt more like a residential area as it had many buildings and the entire area is part of the hotel. It’s simply personal preference and this wasn’t it for me. Otherwise, it’s adequate for early flights from Tianfu International Airport.」

「Poor skill of the front desk person for the non-Chinese guest. Took too long for check-in even we had the reservation via Hotel.com. They insisted to pay the hotel fee at the check-in time. I told them that I already paid via Hotel.com but they didn't listen to me. So I had to pay. I am very angry. And it took 35 min. bus ride from the airport to the hotel. It is too far from the airport. I would rather to stay inside the city.」

「This accommodation is very convenient and economical as a transit hotel. They provide free shuttle bus service. Please take note that you need to ask at the information counter close to the Entrance 13 inside the Chengdu Airport. I didn't notice the counter and went out from the airport, then I was in a trouble a little. Shuttle bus driver was kind to me. Check-in process was very quick. Soon after check-in, hotel staff asked me about my flight schedule of the next day and arranged their return...

「Clean, contemporary airport hotel with fitness room and breakfast restaurant. Everything you need for a 1 night stay near Tianfu airport. Cons were restaurant not open except for breakfast and no lounge bar to buy soft drinks etc and work on laptop. However, there is a small mall with restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets 500 m walk away and a late night convenience store in the hotel grounds. I do like to work in a lounge bar, but the room did have a table that doubled as a desk so...

「The room was super clean, smelled fresh, cleaned daily. Staff friendly and helpful. The free laundry room on the 13th floor was amazing to have when you’re on a long trip and need a fresh set of clothes. 」
