"Great hotel "

"I used a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me pay the driver by setting up a Chinese payment app on my phone. The hotel staff spoke English very well. They upgraded my room to a suite which was much appreciated. The suite was extremely spacious, well decorated and throughly clean. I was able to utilize the free shuttle bus back to the airport. "

"Modern maisonette style room with excellent amenities and perfect location for commuting to the airport. The metro station is within walking distance and there’s few shops and coffee place nearby. "

"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"Excellent hôtel, agréable, pratique et économique. Accueil personnalisé où la réceptionniste nous avait même préparé un gentil mot d’accueil en français. L’hôtel semble tout neuf, nous avions une chambre au 5ème étage très propre. Bonne literie et coussin mémoire de forme. Petit déjeuner buffet très bon dès 7h qui semble préparé sur place. Une laverie au dernier étage avec un toit terrasse. Environ 10/15min à pied de Tianfu Square. Des petits restaurants locaux dans les rues autour."
