「The receptionist that we met on our first day checking in was not that welcoming but the 2nd one (Ms. Hui) was more helpful and pleasant. It was on the 29th floor so it was a bit long waiting for the lift (stop on each floor). The location was good and convenient, It was close to Jiefangbei. The room was clean and comfortable but it was shortage of towel racks.」

「Located on the 25th floor of the building, our room is huge and offers a good view. Room has all the necessary amenities and the location is great with louhan temple just next door, ba yi road and hongya dong a short stroll away. The room itself shows signs of wear and tear but our main complain would be that the lifts are also shared with offices and hotels on the other floors, thus it may take a while go up and down from the room. 「重慶宿泊中、1泊だけ宿泊しました。City Viewで予約していたものの、窓いっぱいにRiverの見える部屋でした。部屋もフロントの対応も朝食も文句無し。1点難点を言えば、Raffles Cityのショッピングモール内からホテルへのアクセスが難しい点です。ショッピングモール内からは5階からのEVでのアクセスになりますが(フロントは40Fより上)、初めてだとまずEVホールが見つかりません。ホテル1階からもEVでフロントにアクセスできますが、1階はほぼ車でしか行くことができないので、これまた少し不便です。チェックイン時は地下鉄で行くのではなく、タクシーで行くことを強くおススメします。 」
