「Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed...

「リピートしました。 なぜかハウスクリーニングのリストから漏れていたようでしたが、ハウンスキーピング用の連絡先へ連絡して対応して頂きました。今回はバルコニーの鍵が施錠されていたのが残念でした。部屋の空気の入れ替えがしたかったので。」

「I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.」

「The ice maker didn't work and the sliding glass door shade was tore. I did manage to obtain some safety pins and secure the shade close. 」

「友人も一緒でしたのでコネクティングルームで最高でしたが　指定の駐車場から歩き　階段で荷物が大変でした。お部屋は綺麗ですが水圧が悪く　シャワーカーテンもなく　十分なお湯が出ないことがとても残念でした。冬なので大変でした。」
