Quiet!

This is a great place to escape the insanity on the Strip, but close enough to get there easily. Also an excellent place to jump off for day trips to state and national parks.

Enjoyed the condo...super clean and conveniently close to the strip...great food places nearby...saw a movie in the movie theatre on property...the pool was great...and it was hot...lol Pool only open until 6pm though

Convenient to the Strip

The room was clean and the view was breathtaking at night and during the day. I loved the valet parking very convenient. This location was very close to the strip and seeing clients. I would definitely come back again.

We came to enjoy the marriage of our friends. The room and location were perfect and exactly what we needed after breaking down 70 miles outside of Vegas and having to be towed in. Awful start, but the room helped us relax and recover.

Nice gem off the strip.

Great spot! Room as described. Property staff was helpful and super nice. It was a short walk to The Palms hotel/casino which was convenient. We had full use of both property pools which we took advantage of. Would 100% stay here again.

Five Stars – A True Gem!

Our recent stay at this VRBO rental was outstanding! The property is a true gem – impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The breathtaking views from the deck added an extra layer of relaxation to our getaway. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!

Very nice room in a very beautiful hotel. Not walking distance from the LV strip but very close to it, and tons of things to do & enjoy within walking distance. The room is beautiful with a spacious balcony. If I had to recommend anything it would be new shower heads, or a deep cleaning on the old ones. The sight of the shower head build up was disturbing.

Palms Place Review

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the condo and were impressed with the quietness and security of the location. Hotels in Vegas can sometimes be noisy at night and we never had an interrupted sleep for our 5 day stay. I mostly enjoyed having a balcony and spent all my mornings enjoying the mountain view and being outdoors. The staff was very friendly and security always present and helpful which greatly added to the safe experience. Restaurants and the casino is only a short indoor walk to the adjacent hotels, and the restaurant within the Palms Place itself was fantastic for breakfast with a poolside view…none of this lining up / waiting just to grab a bite to eat. The host was great and responded quickly to answer any questions and fixed the safe promptly at my request, which was important as we had a fair amount of cash on hand for the WSOP. Only a five minute Uber to the strip, would definitely stay again.

Nice place

It was a good spot. TV’s didn’t work. The host told us to call the front desk and the front desk told us to call the host. Anyways it’s all good. Normally when I go to Vegas I don’t watch TV but when your wife is 6 months pregnant you have no choice :-)

Great location, perfect for a couple to be comfortable.

We were very happy to find this studio apartment and would stay again. We couldn't use the safe and the one vanity sink didn't drain well but everything else was very nice.

Our stay was very nice. Our Hosts were very responsive and, care about their guests' stay. There was an issue with Check-in and was resolved once the issue was determined. Make sure the name on your ID is exactly like the name on the reservation. I highly recommend checking with the Host prior to your check-in to make sure everything is in order. This detail is in the instructions provided by the host once your res. Is confirmed. The room was clean and accommodating with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and wonderful Mountain View. My hubby and I would definitely stay here again.

Sink was clogged on arrival, clogged again a day later. The light fixtures were missing covers - just plain bulbs shining in all directions. Broken glass in the closet. All three tv’s not only super outdated but none worked- after mentioning- new remotes were dropped off and the host said “just turn them on”. Furniture is beat up - a lot
