"Excellent variety at breakfast—get there early, it can be crowded. Staff is super helpful, whether you need directions, an umbrella or assistance with your Suica. Housekeeping was A plus —lotions and potions in the room were superb and I appreciated the pajamas. "

"Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Nice corner room with a view of the park along the harbour front. All staff are extremely helpful but English not spoken by everyone. The included breakfast was lovely."

"Great location with a konbini and Starbucks literally right around the corner. It’s very walkable and close to the Cup of Noodles museum, the pier and mall. Basamichi station was pretty close by and we were able to get taxis easily and quickly. Top notch hotel."
