「Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part.
