「I stayed here from 5-6 November, days after hurricane Melissa passed and this hostel was AMAZING. The owner (Della) was a very inviting and welcoming host, always providing the best Jamaican hospitality. The rooms were perfect for my stay, very clean and organized. HhhhhThe locatiin is perxect 」

「The room had no AC which made it burning hot, very irritating. The fan only spread hot air around. I couldn’t manage being there for more than a few hours. Had to cut the trip short. 」

「When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help...
