Disappointing experience overall although the location made it the hotel as our first choice to stay for 15 nights in Jakarta. All the way from check in to check out the sense of being taken for a ride was so strong, including room service tried to trick my child over a room service order, housekeeping letting extra bed in the room beyond agreed number of nights so that we had to pay for that extra night we didn't actually use the bed. The quality of the room, facility, and equipment can be improved. I noticed throughout our stay the bedding was never changed as there were a small stains on the sheet and one of the pillows which were there throughout our stay regardless my request for the bedding to be changed, I had to call cleaners several times to clean the bathrooms and the floor as they're still dirty, I bought all kind of cleaning supplies and my new sponge and kitchen towel actually went missing. There's never any consistent amount of plates and cutleries in the room I had to call in several times for them, and no cooking utensils making the pantry useless.
I had planned to recommend the hotel to a friend who is planning to spend a six weeks work trip in Bintaro area but changed my mind now.
