Lovely clean place, conveniently near the bus stop and the beds are clean and comfortable.
Down side is the walls were gross. They had what looked like poo on them, not much just a little. Still...

Good property and as advertised.
They could offer more pillows and tea.
The instructions for access need to be far clearer. Once you are in it's ok but it's circuitous and not clear. Took 20 mins longer to just get through the front door than it should have.

I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water.
