The Space:
Beautiful 3060 Club Villa located on the south end of Amelia Island. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next vacation, this is it!
The first view you will have when driving into this gated community is that of the incredible old white oak trees, draped with Spanish moss and covering the roads of the entire community. Several walking/bike paths next to the villa will allow you to feel close with nature, as well as the breathtaking Rosette Spoonbills that reside in the tress and lagoons around the nearby golf course. Enjoy vast fairway views from this two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom villa situated in the prestigious Omni Resort on the South end of Amelia Island.
The living area, bathroom, kitchen and dining area are tiled throughout and conveniently located on the main floor, which also connects to a small outdoor patio that overlooks a grassy courtyard, an ideal place to pause for a morning cup of coffee.
Located upstairs, guests will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed and the guest bedroom with two twin size beds. From the master bedroom, you will have access to a private balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and a good book.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.
Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.
Pets are permitted; however, only dogs are allowed. Dogs must remain on the first floor at all times. If left unattended in the unit without a guest present, they must be securely crated. A $500 fee will be applied if a dog is found on the upper level.
All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.
We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.
Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.
All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.
This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $150 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 50 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
