"The first room we received was fine, but the tops of the tables didn't seem cleaned... that's the most obvious place to spray and wipe down. When we returned later that evening, the music from a nearby club was so comically loud, and the cigarette smoke wafting in from the open window was so intense. We asked to move to another side of the hotel, and the staff graciously accommodated us, and the room was 3x the size. For that, we were grateful. And the breakfast was lovely, with many options. The location was far from old town, but we had a car, so it wasn't any issue for us."

"We stayed here twice over 4 days. Had the same room each time. The ac did not appear to be working, but the windows open was adequate. Breakfast was average, seemed to be very institutionalized - but it also could be the difference in culture tastes. Had dinner in the restaurant and that was very good. Conveniently located for access to the airport."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly appreciated. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel well taken care of. Excellent service and genuine hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay closer to SJJ airport."
