As far as the day was concerned, it was so close to the centre of Mostar and convenient for restaurants. The room was really lovely. Shower was beautiful and hot. The bed was comfortable. It was the best night sleep we’ve had in this trip. Can highly recommend staying here."

The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness. One of the standout features was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s something there for you. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
