"Five star experience all the way! The room was large and immaculate. The staff even set out the bedding for us while we were out at dinner. The hotel had not just one, not just two, but three fully separate onsen areas! Each had multiple baths and each had at an outdoor bath too! The dinner was fabulous. It’s a chef’s choice dinner so there are no choices or substitutions but high quality throughout. The only negative is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere but that’s not unusual for these onsen towns."

"Very cozy hotel in the small quiet town of Shiroshi. We stayed here only one night for easy access to the Zao Fox Sanctuary the following day, it was well worth all the effort to go and see. Easy access to Shinkansen bullet train, and a Family Mart right across the street."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly team of staff happy to assist with our check in (in English). Facilities were clean, well maintained and convenient. Well located and serviced. Happy to recommended and will stay again if visiting. Thanks "
