基本的にとても良かったですが、大浴場のお湯が常に入れ替わる方式ではなかった為、20時くらいで既に汚れがかなり浮いていてキツかったです。 部屋で湯船張った方が良いです。

ビルの8Fからホテルになります。駅から5分程度で着く　近所に食事する所も多く　夜　飲みに行くにも徒歩圏内で便利に使えるホテルです

立地はいいところです。

シングル禁煙１泊予約しました。予約時に駐車場コインパーキングと記載はありました。周辺のコインパーキングを自分で探して一番安いところに止めました。チェックイン時に提携パーキング６００円ですがどうなさいますかと聞かれて、もう止めてしまったあとなので、そのままにしましたが、予約時にその記載あるとスムーズで嬉しいです。館内フロントはきれいでした。廊下などは経年かなと。部屋は普通でした。バストイレのシャワーカーテンがにおっていたのが気になりました。隣の部屋のテレビの音や咳など聞こえました。 でも値段安いですし泊まるだけであれば☆

　福島駅は駅の東側が繁華街ですが、その中にある古いビルにあるホテルです。ビルの低層階は商業施設、中層階は環境省の事務所や保育施設、そして高層階にホテルが入居しています。 　特に可もなく不可もない、ごく普通で古めのビジネスホテルといったところです。宿泊者は、一定期間を滞在している出張者のような男性が多かったです。 　朝食はビッフェ形式で、美味しくいただきました。 　ロビーには、マッサージチェアや漫画本などがありました。

ちょっと古いけど、まぁまぁなホテルです。

2018年10月30日から2018年11月1日まで二泊しました。設備はチョット古いですが、清掃は行き届いていました。コンセントは2か所ありスマホ等の充電は便利でした。アメニティは部屋には最小限(リンスインシャンプ・ボディソープ・ハンドソープ・歯ブラシ)しかありませんが、フロント横でTSUBAKI・LUX等の高級?シャンプーやボディソープ・厚めの枕などの貸し出しがあります。 また、ロビーにはチェックインから深夜まで無料のコーヒーもありました。近くに飲食店も多くて便利なホテルです。
