「Muy bien ubicado el hotel, en zona centro prácticamente, todo te queda a pie a 8-10 min El hotel bien en general, todo nuevo, cómodo, buen aire acondicionado, buena TV, buen internet. Si volvería, estuve a gusto ahí !!!」

「I’m not sure how it normally is but there was a shore break here that was so loud that we couldn’t even sleep. The ocean was so strong that it pulled the lounges almost into the water. One of the focuses here was drinking as it was all inclusive. As you can imagine people were doing stupid things under the influence. The resort was run down. The a/c was old, very loud and ineffective. I expected more from hotels with the IHG name on it.」

「We could have wonderful time in Cala de Mar in December 2017. It was the second time to stay this hotel and was called Capella last time. The second stay was also great in spite of its name and operation were changed. We really want to return here even though it takes more than 20 hours from our city, Tokyo. The design and architecture if this hotel is awesome. All of staff were also incredible. Especially Jorge and Laura always made our days. We like Mexico very much and recommend this...

「Excelente opción, una perfecta relación calidad precio, alrededor de 75 dólares por noche al precio que lo tome y fue una buena experiencia. El hotel está inmediato a la avenida principal de la zona hotelera que conecta con la playa, muy cercano al mercado de artesanías y las plazas comerciales. para acceder a la playa queda muy cerca el estacionamiento público de playa el palmar (en el cual hay un corredor que te lleva directo a mar) entonces está muy cómodo trasladarse. 「Hospedaje sencillo (acordé al precio). No apto para exigentes , habitaciones pequeñas y muy sencillas que cuentan con lo básico. La alberca está de buen tamaño, el personal excelente todos super amables y serviciales, el restaurante de desayuno de muy buen sabor y excelente precio. Nota importante: si llegas en auto , las calles para acceder son muy estrechas y el estaciónamiento está una calle atrás, algo incómodo para carga y descarga de equipaje pero cumple con la seguridad a tu automóvil.」

「Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.」

「En la reserva dice que es vista al mar y no fue del todo . Debería decir que es “vista parcial” .. de un lado hay una pared y del otro se ve otro hotel. Las bebidas están muy rebajadas. La cerveza sabe a agua mineral. No sabe a nada si no le pones clamato o algo. La comida algunos platillos tiene calidad y otras no , se nota y es muy evidente que se reutilizan algunos alimentos o digamos de la comida para la cena.
