「清潔感がやや劣る」

「no usamos el Spa, el aire acondidionado en las abitaciones fue excelente, todo el personal fue demasiado amables con una super atencion , muy muy recomendado, solo lews falta un poco de amenidades, como musica en vivo ( de 3 noches que estruvimos solo 1 tuvimos musica en vivo en el restaurante. .nos dijeron que habia clase de masaje y no nos la proporcionaron porque se cancelo y los otros dias no habia disponible. 」

「We could have wonderful time in Cala de Mar in December 2017. It was the second time to stay this hotel and was called Capella last time. The second stay was also great in spite of its name and operation were changed. We really want to return here even though it takes more than 20 hours from our city, Tokyo. The design and architecture if this hotel is awesome. All of staff were also incredible. Especially Jorge and Laura always made our days. We like Mexico very much and recommend this...

「Very friendly staff. The property only had one functioning elevator which was awful. We paid for the all inclusive and the food was delicious.However, reservations are required in order to have dinner on the property. We failed to make reservations two days in a row because they no longer had availability at their restaurants. 」

「値段は少し高いですが、ビーチ側がおすすめです。徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり、便利ですが、冷蔵庫がついていませんので、買い過ぎには気をつけて。ジムがあり、便利です。10時半ごろ、いろいろなイベントがあり、ズンバなど無料で体験できます。少し遠出をしたいなら、緑の乗り合いバス（＄１５くらい）が安いですが、スペイン語のみです。とにかく徒歩圏内に沢山おみやげや、レストラン、レンタルバイク、コンビニがあります。このエリアをでなければ、夜中までとても安全です。」

「Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example) The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out. 「Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.」

「Great location right on the beach , staff are nice people for the most part . Rooms are clean . One downside was that there was no fridge in any of the rooms which was a minor inconvenience. 」

「No shops nearby. Room was clean and kept clean very day. It was as very disappointing that there wasn’t a bar fridge in the room at all. When I asked about a fridge they looked at me like I had three heads. Hard to keep any cold drinks or any meds in your room. I would not return to this property because of that reason. 」
