The location was excellent to the center of Ixtapa and the beach. The resort was noisy at night and we had difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was good. I think we are not resort people and probably should not be staying at an all inclusive tesort.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Worse staff at check in. I would never recommend Krystal hotel to anyone. Ever!!!!

The hotel is well located in Ixtapa. The food was excellent. We decided to switch hotels to go to another beach (without as many motorized vehicles running in the sea - not under control of the hotel) and they supported us a 100 percent. Madame Keyla y Mister Manriquez were very helpful with Expedia. They also received our comments and took them very seriously and respectfully. The hotel is nice, the service is excellent everywhere. We were just not aware the hotel would have so many kids in the pool and thus we decided to move somewhere else quieter, we were just 2 adults. Excellent option if you have kids. I would recommend it to my friends.

No lo conocia, pero despues de haberlo visitado , la amabilidad de su gente, el servico, en restaurantes, los servicios de bebidas comienzan mucho mas temprano que en muchos otros lugares y terminan mucho despues y bien servido todo, la playas muy limpias, pero vaya, no me crean, conpruebenlo istedes, aunque parece un hotel pequeño... no le hace falta nada...

La playa es muy bonita pero la mayoría del personal no es muy profesional y la comida es terrible las instalaciones son regulares los cuartos también cuentan con todo lo básico nada fuera de lo ordinario pero les hace falta más atención alos detalles sobre todo ala hora de los alimentos los cuales son muy malos mala higiene las cenas son muy sosas te la pasas haciendo filas para subir al ascensor para que te den una tualla para tener una silla en la alberca oh en la playa no cuenta con actividades para el descanso oh para divertirse un poco no cuentan con buen sistema de sonido y sobre todo el lugar para fumadores es pésimo solo cuentan con un espacio en todo el hotel
