This hotel is exceptionally well maintained and the staff and management are great. We have been staying here whenever we are in Ixtapa for over 40 years. The hotel is as nice now as it was then.

Excelent Hotel Staff great service and quick. Picked up the phone called receptionist for questions or onsite service the staff was quick and amiable. Would recommend anybody to visit this hotel with a quick access to the beach via elevator. The food and drinks on the beach coverage area are also awesome. WiFi was awesome fast and they use |Fiber so my trading 💹 went well and managed to make some profits due to the internet speed

Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Had an accident while there (no fault of resort) and they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and empathetic. They went above and beyond to make sure we got to and from hospital, and to the airport to go home for surgery. Would definitely recommend!

The beach is private so you don’t have people coming up trying to sell you trinkets, jewelry, etc. it is also stunning, the view is gorgeous. We went late February early March both years and got to see whales and sting rays jumping in the bay. I think the pool is a bit far from the beach and there is only one pool that’s adults only. The family pool is the infinity pool looking over the ocean. I feel the family pool should be the lower pool. Staff is wonderful and the whole place is beautiful and authentic.

Friendly attentive staff but not intrusive. Clean quiet beach. Great if you like dropping your bags in one place and not going anywhere. If you like crowds and lots of things to do this is not for you.

We love this hotel, we’ve come back every year for 15 years. Every room has an ocean view and the sunsets are fabulous. The only problem is it is not very handicap accessible. They need more handrails on the steps.

This is supposed to be a top rated resort in Ixtapa. We paid for the All-Inclusive and it was a disappointing. The resort only has 4 restaurants where you can have dinner and 3 of those are considered “specialty”. We were only allowed to dine once at each of the restaurants during our 7 day stay. The quality of the food overall was not good. And you couldn’t eat poolside, like what? Also, my bed was hard as a rock. They did put a topper on the mattress after I complained. The walk to the pool was long and the pools themselves were not very inviting. They were all 5ft deep, with no place to lounge. Overall, I would not stay here again.

3 star at best. Very clean rooms and beautiful property. Beach is gorgeous and pools were decent. Didn't have to play the towel game which I appreciate. Lots of chairs available. Lots of shade huts on beach - they could use more at pool. The food is so very average. As a Canadian who generally chooses 4+ star all inclusive resorts, this is a 3. Think glorified Best Western breakfast. Very few items to choose from. Poor quality pastries and basic muffins. Cut up hot dogs - no bacon or sausage available. Heating trays are luke warm. Same for lunch. Very basic and not much selection. We opted to pay for breakfast only and eat off the resort for all dinners. The lunches were way overpriced if you weren't on the all/in plan. Staff was very friendly. Lots of stairs - we knew that going in. But it does make for long trips back to the room if you need to get something. I visited this hotel 20 years ago - my recollection was that it was much higher end back then. If a 3 star basic needs hotel is what you're looking for, it will meet your needs. I wont return. I will spend a bit more to have much better food.

The private beach is beautiful and there is a lifeguard at all times. Towels are always available but need to be returned after use. The food is good up in beach club level rooms and their staff members Gustavo and the rest of them are very attentive. Clean property with a lot of stairs to get to the pools and beach area.
