"Arrived at the hotel only to find a run down building with broken windows and hotel name. Had booked a double room. During check in was able formed my room was “upgraded” to a deluxe complimentary. "The Cumbrian park hotel was friendly. clean and had very helpful staff. The room was clean and warm. And they gave you a nice big mug to have your tea or coffee in (great) I would definitely stay there again."
