"Our stay was good. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were all very friendly. I was hoping for a better breakfast. Coffee needs improvement and so does the fruit selection."

"Beautiful hotel with old world style charm. Everyone was friendly and the person checking us in was very entertaining. Only suggestions I would have is that the number for room service did not work. Also, the room could use some upgrading. There was a little musty smell. I imagine it was from the rug that looked like it could be needing to be replaced."

"We had the king size bed with the best ever 2 person jetted hot tub in our room ! Plenty of hot water, very clean and quiet! Great parking . 3 min walk to restaurants, Hannaford's, gas station . 10 min to beach. Has small indoor pool/ hot tub area. Highly recommend!!"
Ocean Sands at York Beach

"We liked the location across from the ocean. We did not like that they did not offer any breakfast options but instead must buy your own coffee in the office area. There were not ice buckets on the 3rd floor level. The ice machine was on the 2nd level. Others were speaking in the pool about the lack of ice machines on 3 floors. We had to use a plastic bag for ice in our room. Parking spots were limited. You could not go into the ocean until the tide was low. Other then the above we enjoyed the pool and location."

"Room was so great compared to some of the hotels I ve stayed in in hampton Beach location was at the quiet end of the beach checkout was easy and the girl at the desk was so pleasant would definitely stay there again"
