「We find the rental easily enough. Parking was a little difficult,but was able to get it figured out with a phone call. We enjoyed the quaint little home andIt served its purpose. We traveled 14 hrs and were exhausted so was a bit disappointed we could not check on a little early. Possibly 1 hour early. We have not ran into this before . There was no cleaning people or occupants . But over all it was a great place to stay and Leslie was pleasant to work with. The newlands」

「The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. 「This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

「Great location. Right in the strip and directly across the street from the beach but the unit was still peaceful and quiet. The place had everything needed. Plenty of towels. Could have used another fan so we could shut the bedroom doors. Would definitely rent here again.」

It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them.」
