「The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. 「The apartment is right in the middle of the shopping in downtown Portsmouth, but also looks out over the Piscataqua river and the tugboats. Though it’s in an 18th century building, it has been updated and is very comfortable. The cooking facilities are adequate, although I don’t think I’d prepare a Thanksgiving dinner there be aware that there are stairs to go up and they are somewhat steep, but I was stay here again without hesitation.」
