「I would suggest that the procedure of self service specifically with the fries, mushrooms, bacon etc .should be carefully changed. While having breakfast I was aware of a guest sneezing six times into her hands (no handkerchief or similar being used) then I noticed she proceeded to help herself to the fries section.
