"Great location! You get a voucher for breakfast at Lorettas which is DELICIOUS and i cannot recommend enough. Beach there is gorgeous and staff is lovely. They let us check in early (yay) which was very accomodating and so kind and polite staff. Clean, comfy beds and great room. Only thing is a little bit overpriced for the room (no balcony or outside space) but besides that so good!!! "

"The friendly staff , great food choices at both buffet and sit down restaurants and kids area plus the vibe of this hotel makes the difference. The hotel shuttle is easy , check in was easy, the layout of the hotel gives every room a great view . Several pools around the hotel and an adult only one on the 6th with a great beach view, The activities staff has a full schedule to suit everyone, beach area is clean and organized. There is a free shuttle for guest to Riu Caribe for more theme parties. I appreciated that kids were allowed at the sit down restaurants . Highly recommend this hotel ."
