"The hotel was very nice and tge staff was very attentive and responsive. While I don't think it is in the most active location, it is located in the park and has a nearby subway station so it is fairly convenient to get around. The only downside was that there was construction being done on the upper dining and lounge floors so those were not available."

"Excellent hotel. I traveled with my partner and we stayed for 5 nights. It has good amenities and everything you need for your stay. The location was very good and clean. The only thing was that the shower curtain smelled musty, I assume due to the season we traveled (summer). I loved that the buffet breakfast was included; it was delicious and the service was excellent. Finally, access to the pools has specific dates, but unfortunately we couldn't get in because the season hadn't started yet. We were disappointed. I suggest they adjust them, as during our trip (June 16-21) it was quite hot, and it would have been great to have access to this space."
