「We loved Eremo Montevergine. Giuseppe was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries prior to booking/coming. When we arrived in Ischia, Rita was our contact to get the keys. She couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. She speaks English very well, which was helpful to figure out all of the logistics. We stayed in 2 apartments in Eremo Montevergine. Both were amazing! 「This rental started off bumpy with the apartment being completely different than what we reserved due to a plumbing issue. We were placed in another apartment and which had a different bed count than what we reserved resulting in members of our group sharing beds which was unanticipated. Also there were hot water and electrical issues but the response time of the host was exceptional.」
