"What a beautiful hotel and staff. The room's are modern and very clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and view of the castle. Every morning waking up to a beautiful view. The bathroom was excellent with a really good shower that you really want to spend time in. All the hotel staff where fantastic, super friendly and extremely helpful. Vincento and Sarah thanks for everything, we will really miss you guys. Lorenzo on the reception, very helpful, friendly and always smiling. The pool are was beautiful and well kept. We also loved the location, tucked away in a quiet little street next to a beautiful park that you can walk around. Thank you everyone, our stay in Ischia was beautiful and you all contributed to that. I will definitely return. "

"Property was nice, a bit spread out but that’s ok. We stayed in the block of rooms across the road from the main hotel. The check in was easy, they ordered scooters for us and they were delivered to the hotel. The bar was nice and had nice staff. Live music every night, and the spa in the hotel. The thermal pools are nice but a bit smelly due to the sulphur. The beach was great, but didn’t offer services so you had to go get your own drinks at the bar. Was in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast was ok, lots of sweet breads and rolls, would be nice if there were more options for fresh fruit. Enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights, would come back again"

"We had a wonderful stay the hotel is simple but very clean and nice. I would suggest a sea view delux room as the balcony is opening to the water and very nice. We were in 101 a very nice room. The restaurant was amazing. The first night we ate here because we were tired and it was the best food we had in our month long trip. Eat at the hotel you won't be disappointed "

"The hotel was quite luxurious and had a stunning view from one side. The bartender was very good and very nice. The area was remote but they have shuttles that will take you to beaches or towns or to the bus line if you want to go further. What a pleasant surprise!!!"

"Very happy with our stay at this property. The staff was pleasant, and very attentive. The food was top tier. The thermal pool access was amazing. The communication before the trip with the resort was great because they gave us all inside access on how to successfully get to and from the island. It takes a lot of planning when trains,planes and ferries are involved! Staff assisted us as much as they could and welcomed us with open arms. We used ferryhopper app to buy our tickets to the island from beverello naples port to forio. We arranged a taxi from forio..and a mini cart to take us to the resort where no car access was available.(Resort helped us with that) Welcome drink was key!!! Our room had a great view with AC and a balcony. We took advantage of breakfast daily and walked the town often. Staff spoke multiple languages to accomodate all guests. I do think we should of stayed one more day to take in the culture of the island. I am sorry that we booked too much in one trip,personally. This island was so relaxing and really so beautiful.
