We had wonderful time and have only nice things to say. Spectacular view of the city from the roof, great location near the busy tourist attractions, restaurants and Via Toledo where nearest Metro station is only 10 min away right next to the Spanish Quarters. Hopp On/Off bus stop is only 5 min away, where you can purchase a ticket to take a city tour. Staff was going extra mile to make you happy and make your stay as enjoyable as possible even suggesting great places to eat or to visit and making sure we have a ride back to the Airport. Great place to relax or to use as a base point for your discoveries.

A fabulous welcome, with a drink and snacks. The property has a wonderful roof terrace where breakfast is served, and views all around. All staff were friendly and helpful and offered help with taxis and restaurants if needed. Don’t be alarmed by the appearance of the street, the whole of Naples is like this! The rooms are very well kept, air conditioned quiet and relaxing, and a working fridge was a welcome addition. We would highly recommend this place and definitely return if we are planning to visit Naples again.

The breakfast menu was very nice and eating on the roof was delightful. Naples is full of graffiti and the lower part of the building was no exception which made the entrance look like it was in a bad neighborhood.. However once we got to the unit everything was very nice, clean and comfortable.

We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. This place is in a perfect area to walk to all the areas with restaurants and shopping. Our stay

Wonderful and friendly hostess greeted us with a welcome refreshment and a description of some of the areas that we may want to visit during our short stay. Due to an availability we were upgraded to a slightly larger room with a lovely balcony and view. She recommended restaurants and even sent us with a to go breakfast snack due to our early check out. The taxi she arranged was also right on time. Naples is a lively city, a bit rough around the edges and be prepared to run, not walk across the street. If I ever return to Naples I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!!

A hidden gem with a central location

We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if we come back to Naples again!
