The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ensure every detail of your stay is taken care of. Pro tip: book the massage services if you can — they’re well worth it. "After hiking Mt Fuji this spot was a great place to rest and recover. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in to our large room that was clean and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the dinner buffet in the evening and then the breakfast buffet in the morning. The breakfast buffet was especially good and at a very reasonable price. The property itself is beautiful and provides a great view of Mt Fuji from the dining room. We also used the shuttle service to the nearby train station. If I’m in the area again I would definitely revisit."
