"I was sent an email by someone named Edith saying she was the host and to reach out if there were problems
We arrived and the thermostat was not working
When I called I received a call center and not Edith
I had to go and buy batteries myself and repair it myself
It was late and cold
I tried twice to get the problem fixed
I only heard from "Edith" the next morning who informed me that she only works 8-4
Make sure your problems are 8-4
Now with that said
The apartment was well kept and centrally located for us to walk about our hometown "

"Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. When the dish came i was given an extra small portion of chips😁 its the little things that make a difference. Quiet at nights no problems getting sleep"

"I liked the place at first; the cleaning staff were nice. I would give a higher star for the property and service overall except the following:
Unfortunately, I couldn't get into my room right away due to a "plumbing issue" the first night. This issue returned two nights later with sewage coming up in my shower. The owner/manger seemed nice but then wouldn't return calls/email/messages to me or Travelocity to refund money (for one night that he agreed I could leave early and then the 2nd night when I left due to the sewage in my shower.) I reached out several times to discuss the already agreed-upon refund for the one night and the issue with the sewage for the second night.)"
