I had the best stay here! Sinclair was an amazing host, as well as the rest of the staff st the guesthouse too. I loved the little touch of the cookies and the bottles of water in the room too. Breakfast was tasty too. I would recommend anyone to stay here, I know I’ll be coming back here when I’m next in Ayr. Thank you all at the Lochinver Guesthouse!

DON’T SKIP OUT ON THE BREAKFAST. This place was great and the staff were all so helpful. Really impressed. I’m very glad I gave the breakfast a try because it was well worth it. They are very accommodating here and all the food is fresh. I’m sure I’ll be back.

The guest house is in a quiet street a short walk into the town. Checkin was great suggestions for local restaurants etc. The guest house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Lovely big room, plenty of tea and coffee. Will definitely stay here again .

Beautiful house with character, host Sinclair was really good on arrival, comfortable room with really comfy chair for sitting whilst doing paperwork later and had an excellent sleep. Breakfast selection was better than any hotel with homemade jams, cooked selections superb.

We loved our stay at Lochinver House!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Lochinver House. Sinclair, our terrific host, was very helpful before and during our stay. This a is beautiful B&B, on a quiet street in a picturesque Scottish town. The house is beautifully decorated, the rooms very comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet place and an authentic Scottish experience, this is it!
