「Lovely house just at the edge of the city. Beautiful place to stay in Aberdeen.」

「This property was 11/10, It was excellent in every respect . On arrival the place was so welcoming . Attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort in addition to the superb location exceeded expectations. We booked dinner at the Pennan Inn which we can recommend. Extremely good value for money, I would highly recommend.」

「The lodge was absolutely perfect! So well kitted out with everything you could ever need. Home from home in a beautiful location. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children. Loads of space for all of us. The hot tub was fab. Sheltered and with some privacy too. Everything was immaculate. Lorraine was so helpful too. 」

「Very nice lodge, clean & comfortable. Great location in lovely surroundings. Nice walk to the loch straight from the door. Nice hot shower . Comfortable bed . The only way it would improve is a better sofa & chairs which were not the best to lounge about in but it certainly wouldn't put me off booking again ( just a slight niggle!). Overall a nice week.」

「We had a lovely relaxing stay at Mains of Durn Cottage Michael & Susan were the perfect hosts the cottage was warm & comfortable, we all slept really well. The wood burner was a bonus in fact everything you need for a lovely break away from it all 」

「We had a lovely 4 night stay at the cottage with our dog. Stunning views and perfect location, remote but not too remote. Fraserburgh & Banff only a 20 min drive away. The cottage was warm & cosy and has everything you need for that true home from home experience. The garden is fully enclosed so our dog had a great time and dog bowls are provided. The welcome pack is a nice touch with some local goodies in it and treats for our dog too (thank you Wendy). Can't recommend this property enough...

「We had a lovely time in the lodge. It was clean and lovely and warm and the member of staff we delt with, (Linda), went the extra mile to make sure we were ok and happy. An excellent location and fantastic walks around the lock.We look forward to returning soon.」
