"Perfect place for family three nights away with teenagers.We spent most of the days at the pool by the Casa Azul, lovely breeze, never busy, and handy snack bar for drinks and food right there. Its a little hilly so prob not the best for anyone with mobility issues. Ate breakfast both mornings at the Alfarroba restaurant. (Tip: ordering off the a la carte menu is better value than the buffet but that nay have been because we got the buffet one day as it seemed to be finishing up). Mini market on the site stocks anything you need. Kids played mini golf one evening. The resort is not really walking distance to anything in the heat…maybe had it been cooler and we were there longer, we would have attempted to walk to old town. Ubers were about 6-8 euro into the old town or the strip and were easy enough to get- no waiting. We booked a three bed apartment that was in great condition but had slight sign of wear and tear, mainly with the light in the bathroom not staying on and one plug socket that had come away from the wall. Apartment had everything you could possibly need (washer, ironing board, good kitchen with dishwasher). Bathrooms seemed pretty new and shower had great water pressure. It was advertised as having one bathroom but when we got there, there were two which was a pleasant surprise with 5 people! Tip 2: We ordered groceries and food via Uber eats since it was late when we got there. Overall I was delighted with our time here and the facilities- perfect for us! "

"We would highly recommend this hotel. We arrived earlier than check in time; they allowed us to use their amenities and pool while they readied a room. They upgraded our room to a better view. The pool was beautiful, clean, and refreshing. Though it was full, we could always find a place to sit. Staff were super friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast was typical of most hotels offering fresh fruit, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, bread, and granola. The surrounding area was full of places to eat and the hotel was walkable to the beach and tourist attractions. Parking was readily available at the hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Our biggest complaint was the shower which had a tub that was hard to get in/out of and had a small shower. "

"We were early for check in and went exploring. When we came back we found that the staff member we were dealing with had asked his manager if they could upgrade us from a studio room to a one bedroom suite. We were so excited top floor which was only 5 floors overlooking the pool and ocean. Side by side for easy communication. They assisted us with several inquiries on where to go and what to see. They booked our excursions with ease and called for pickup if required. They answered my many questions always with a smile and professionalism. I would definitely refer this hotel if u want some local flair. We were there in mid May and perfect time for us. I hear it gets very busy for summer months. Our experience was excellent.
