Great location very close to old town by going down 98 steps, or get taxi if have mobility problems. Very family hotel wuth lovely staff n our appartment was big with big balcony. This is our second stay here and will return next year.
Be prepared for some steps. For me, however, I didn't mind at all, in fact due to this it made the hotel an ideal location. First is the lovely view from the balcony overlooking the Old Town and Atlantic, secondly its only a short 5-10 minute walk into the Old Town and third because it's located at the top of the hill the noise from the bars doesn't effect you. Less than 10 minutes walk away are Lidl and Aldi. The Apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with oven, hob and plenty of utensils. Our balcony (room 503) was more like a huge terrace, at least 40ft (twice the size of the actual apartment), but this depends on which floor. Other balconies looked a very decent size too. Overall great value for money in an excellent location.
Easy access down to the old town and the beach. Friendly staff.
Everything. The rooms were big and spacious with everything you might need for self-catering eg dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine etc. etc...The maid and reception services were very good and efficicient. There was a very good restaurant and bar at the hotel should you feel like not having to cook meals but otherwise close by were Aldi and Lidl supermarkets where supplies could be sourced cheaply. It was arguably the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot over the years.
