A Fabulous Stay

The guest house is all that it promises to be! We loved the private backyard. The heated floor tiles in the bathroom were wonderful! The place is nicely kept and clean! I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect size property for 2 ppl in need of dog friendly

This was an ideal stay for us for one night, on a long haul road trip. Excellent to have a fenced in area for our large dog and it was an ideal size for my husband and I. We would definitely book here again on our next travels through.

Home away from home

Well thought out, comfortable, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Great for those traveling with dogs. Fenced yard was a bonus. Easy access to freeways. Would definitely recommend.

Indianapolis Trip

This property was a beautiful stay. The guest house is nice and cozy. It felt like home, the entire set up beautiful, my most favorite feature were the heated tile bathroom floors. Collyn was very responsive, the entry to get in the home was a smooth process, felt safe. Good communication and great neighborhood, rught off the expressway. I would book agian if I ever go back to Indiana.

The owners care about their property. The home was clean, and they maximized their space. Great amenities & nice touches (snacks, coffee). My only complaint is I wish I had to stay longer. Very neat, clean and updated. We stayed here after a concert and the snacks provided saved us since even fast food had closed. The biggest surprise was the heated bathroom floor. Would definitely stay again as it is very convenient off US31 and I465.

What a great place to stay!!!

This coach house is the perfect property for a couple. The perfect size, perfect amenities, perfect location. The house is close to everything and has super easy access to the highway. We travel with our Greater Swiss Mountain dog and the yard was perfect for her as well. I was a bit of a moron and couldn't get the lock to work, but our host, Collyn, was super responsive and quickly got me in. The only reason not to book this place ASAP is if we happen to be in town and have it already booked for ourselves.

Great Little Place

We really enjoyed this little Nita Nook very clean and updated. Able to easily control the temps in living room and bedroom. Lived the heated tile bathroom floor and large shower. Perfect fenced backyard with deck and privacy wall for reading while the dog romped in the backyard. Host left a delightful assortment of snacks and drinks for us to e joy! Will be back.

Gorgeous

The pictures do not do justice for this gorgeous little home. Everything has been well thought out with a traveler in mind. Right from the heated floors in the bathroom to the nice size backyard with deck and chairs to the bidet to the snacks and waters left for you in the refrigerator it has it all. Wish I had more time to stay there. Maybe next time! Highly recommend!!!

Thoughtful comfort

Everything about the property was well thought out! It was small, but comfortable. Very private despite being a guesthouse. The layout of the main room felt spacious and was everything we needed for a little getaway. Host provided small snacks, waters, plenty of towels, and extra throw Blankets which was a nice touch. The bedroom was too small with the king bed to hold our suitcase, but we just put it in the main room which was fine for a short stay. Bathroom was beautiful with a wonderful shower, good water pressure and lux heated floors. Overall really nice stay!
