After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options."

We needed to laundry and there was no laundry in the hotel but staff helped us find services nearby. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay as a family.
