The staff was so concerned and helpful to me, navigating all the unexpected issues that arose during my stay. I cannot express how grateful to them for their assistance. We had a beautiful , spacious room overlooking the Grand Canal which included a bottle of sparkling wine. The location is terrific, close to the Rialto Bridge. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Venice."
