Overall, I would rate the experience as good rather than very good. The Italian staff were excellent—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping, however, needs improvement. Our room was serviced quite late on two occasions during our four-night stay, and the extra toilet paper we had kept was removed without being replaced. The restaurant was pleasant, but I would rate the service around 3.5 out of 5. It was adequate, though not at the level I would expect from a luxury hotel. I also noticed that some bathroom fixtures showed visible wear. I’m not sure if this was intentional as part of the design, but the faucets had dark marks and scratches that made them appear less well maintained. At our next hotel, which uses the same style of fixtures, they look polished and spotless, so the difference was noticeable. Overall, it’s an interesting hotel with a distinctive character, but there are several details that, if improved, would make the experience feel much more consistent with its price point. For that reason, while I enjoyed aspects of my stay, I don’t think I would choose to return.

Venice Venice is right now my new favorite hotel in town. Its location is perfect, far enough from the crowds but at the same time near every main attraction. The vibe is great, modern Venetian atmosphere and decorated with tasteful art. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, they went out of the way for last minute bookings and special requests from us (a special mention to the front desk team: Valentina, Claudia and Enrico Emmanuele)

スタッフは感じ良く、部屋の設備はこだわりを感じお洒落で快適に過ごせました。M'artでの朝食は美味しく景色も良くてとても気に入りました。事前に依頼していた加湿器も用意されていました。残念だったのは、以前ヴェニスを訪問した時よりもヴァポレットが想像以上に混雑していて時間をロスした事です。ホテルからは水上タクシーの手配の案内は受け取っていたのですが、もう一歩踏み込んで混雑情報を知らせてもらえればもっとスムーズにチェックイン出来たかもしれないと感じました。しかしこれはこちらから確認するべきだったかもしれませんね。 もう一つ、ホテルのアートを鑑賞出来なかったのが心残りでした。

Incredible room complete with hammam, gym and multiple bathrooms. Staff were incredible, in spite of this obviously being one of the must visit places on St Marco, the property felt exclusive and quiet. The design touches and attention to detail were incredible.

Found it to be very over priced for what you got. It was nice enough but the basic room was 600 a night and had little to no natural light, was rather small, and a poor selection of mini bar options. Breakfast is not included and is €65 per person.
